I am an independent thinker amoused at finding solutions to problems. able to accept directions and comply.

High expectations of myself to perform my dutie or task to above expectations whenever possible. Easy

feeling tempermant in work environments will not usually promote aggrevation. I just want to keep the roll

of tasks smooth so Il do what I can to help things produce and avoid wasted time. If I am unsure how to perform

Part of the company since 2005 for seasonal work and in between other employment.

Duties was labor hauling, cleaning, furniture moving, wall paper removal, trim and sophit

attachment, patching holes in drywall, stucco, comcrete, ceilings and even texture app..

Brush and roller application of oil/water based paints & stains. Custom wood work,

minor electrical repair as well as plumbing basic repairs. mouting curtains, blinds, decor

and scrap salvaging.

Managed some residential clients for re-paints and small home repairs. One small task,

led to painting, trim and sophit work and to keep going for more painting, to occupy seven

work weeks upon referall.

Awsome work place, excellent family environment. Employed spring of 2010 until mid-

winter 2010. Laid off and returned Feb.-Mar. of 2011. Relieved 05/2012

Duties include preventitive maintinance of 56 units, game room and lobby. Pool manager,

grounds keep, remodel tasks such as, counter top & sink replacement, plumbing

inspection and replacement. Skills with flooring, tile,ceramic/lenoliam, carpet and more.

Logging room specifics and pool chem. status required. Constant customer relations,

and happy to help co workers when possible

Earlier contract gigs- summer 2009 on request

Contracted the replacement of shingled garage roof with the Weevers, whom rented

an apartment at the time. Also a repaint on said rental and followed into a carriage house

roof replaced and painting on their own home. Expect future projects with these people.

Amazing oppurtunity. Excellent environment for an apprentice carpenter. Hired by

Jim Sewzac March of 2007 at $9 hr full time I quickly became comfortable in a full body

harniss carrying my tools to learn Concrete stuctures. Familiar with Gates forms,

Simmons forms and able to secure handset forms. Crane signal leader and other

responsibilities performed. Began operations of forklift, compacter, water truck

and front end loader. Knowledgable in excavating industry since childhood. Familiar

with operations because of my father, who has 39years exp. and taught me much.upon leaving

pay was $14 hr. w/ typicall overtime
