Organized and directed a strategically critical 18 month IR&D effort to develop a fully capable, novel,

command and control system for border security operations.

Leveraged modern, open communication and process tools (Wiki, VNC, WebEx), increasing

collaboration and staff effectiveness while modernizing CMMI Level 5 processes.

Small Boat Market System Development and Marketing

Coordinated and led a two year, $6M project to design, develop, demonstrate, and field an enhanced

command and control system capability for SOCOM MkV.

production, integrated logistics, and test effort for the CNDi program.

Coordinated with the prime contractor (Lockheed Martin) and the Navy Development Lab (Dam

Neck) during the entire software development life cycle.

Maintained schedule and budget constraints while achieving all technical program objectives.

Transition to Production (MMA, Axcelis, DRS)

Launched the domestic production of the European model of the Mitsubishi Eclipse.

Coordinated and verified engineering changes and new model transition to production of the Axcelis

photostabilizer semiconductor production equipment.

Transitioned rugged Army and Navy flat panel displays and thin clients, along with several operator

consoles from engineering to production, coordinating between engineering and the manufacturing

center while maintaining configuration management and quality control.
