managing the collaborative design of the next Company Program, piloting the new enterprise
collaboration platform. I am leading the program of Community of Practice that will define and
deploy Social Collaboration and Knowledge Management in Schneider Electric.
AREVA T&D, France
Enterprise Collaboration and KM Domain Manager (Dec 2009 Dec 2010). I was
enhancing virtual team collaboration and supporting communities of practices by deploying best
practices, collaboration tools and change management.
Schlumberger (SLB), France
Collaboration Business Program Manager (May 2007- Nov 2009). Managed the Pilot of the
Collaboration project, whose objective is to instill the collaboration culture and provide the
environment to efficiently team up internally and externally. The pilot was deployed to 2300 users
located in about 10 locations in 4 countries, on the latest Microsoft 2007 technologies. Managed the
global deployment of team collaboration with SharePoint, focused on user change management and
best practices.
Corporate Portal & Search Business Project Manager (Nov 2003 - Apr 2007). Managed the
corporate Portal, search and online translation, the Schlumberger Wikipedia, Wikis, Blogs and RSS
feeds. Initiated and managed the CRONOS Records Management project, which aim was to deploy
good Records Management practices in Schlumberger.
Community Manager & Business Process Manager (Mar 2002 Oct 2003). Created and lead
the bid management community of practice (CoP) that reached 500+ members worldwide. Managed a
team that designed the global Project Accounting processes and rules for SchlumbergerSema.

wife. I am managing the intellectual property applications (French and European trade marks,
designs, patents, Internet domain names), reviewing contracts, advising the development of

optimization, leading our social media presence, and managing the outsourced IT
infrastructure. It is my evening and week-end job.
