Responsible for day to day operations for 2.5 years as a Plant Manager for the Reynosa Operations and later promoted to Director of Operations responsible for the Cleveland Ohio, Reynosa Mexico, and McAllen warehouse operations. As a private company I was only responsible for the Mexico books as the US books were not available to me.
Cost per hour went from $22.50 to $12 in 4 years.
OTD at the Customers went from 60% to 99% in my 4 years company wide.
Responsible for orderly growth in last year of 100%.
Noma De Reynosa, Reynosa, Mexico 2006 - 2007
Plant Manager
Responsible for all production activity for this 260,000 square foot facility with 24/7 operations and 3,000 employees, generating a wide range of consumer products.
Drove EBITDA from ($5,600K) on 2006 to $4,500K in 2007.
Reduced overtime by 100% and improved on-time deliveries to 8% in only six months.
Full relocation of businesses from Canada to Reynosa in eight months.
Launched the first-ever RAST technology into Mexico within six months.
