My employment goals are to join a team which appreciates being of service to others. I have a wide array of skills to get most tasks accomplished seamlessly. I enjoy working and having numerous projects. To utilize as many of my skills as is practical in service to those in need of them. In addition, as well as owning numerous companies over the years including a temporary and permanent employment agency which would probably round off the fundamental needs of most positions.

Experience

Arden Courts` (Division of Heartland Healthcare / HCR ManorCare)

Wheeling, IL

2003-2007 For four and a half years I worked as the Office Manager, Bookkeeper, and Human Resource Liaison between

a 1000 + locality corporation and a 50 bed employee facility.

Arden Courts is a 50-bed assisted living facility for Alzheimers and Dementia patients. On a daily basis I would interact with the Corporate, in house Management, and employees for their payroll and/or benefits. Further, I would often interact with Residences and/or their family members, as well as their caregivers. Pay was hourly at $16.50 X 40/week X 4.3 weeks: $2,838.00. Held no degrees at the time.

Century-21 Real Estate

Parkridge, IL

2006-2008 Worked part-time as a Real Estate Agent while working at Arden

Courts to supplement my income. The real estate market turned taking a downhill spiral. I moved back to Southern California

where the weather is warmer and my family resides. $40,000.

Bahai National Center

Evanston, IL

2001-2003

For two and a half years I worked as the Recruiter for the various Bahai offices and schools throughout the United States. The Bahai National Center is the National Headquarters for the Bahai Faith. I also filled in as the Interim Benefits Administrator until the new person could come on board. Further, I documented and followed

workers compensation cases as the Workers Compensation

Administrator. Held no Degrees at the time. Non-profit Organization. $32,000 (paid living wages only).

Safaris Restaurant (250 seat international cuisine) vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. (Owner). $125,000 (no degrees at the time).

Sharpe Building Maintenance. 100 employees, both part time and full time. Ran all aspects of company including bids, contracts, and fulfillment. (Owner). $130,000 (no degrees at the time).

The WORKSHOP Employment Agency. Part-time and Permanent placement. Ran every aspect of company. Successful at bidding and winning contracts such as City and private sector contracts, both large and small. Maintained a pool of 500 employees at any given time. Had a payroll company prepare the weekly payroll. (Owner).

Recent Research/Accomplishments

Assisted a Clinical Psychologist by researching an alternate

treatment for ticks associated with Tourettes Syndrome in a nine year old child. The possible alternate treatment in conjunction with

the regular medication I found was the administration of a nicotine patch, 7ml every 10 days. USF (University South Florida) conducted a research project that proved successful with some outcomes being nothing short of remarkable. I have not heard yet if this addition to the childs medications will be used and/or if it is, has it proven effective.
