QUALIFICATIONS: I have 22 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist. In 2007 I became certified as a Surgical First Assistant, through the National Institute of First Assistants. I have very strong skills in Orthopedics. I am very experienced in spinal procedures, total joints, sports medicine, and general ortho and pediatric orthopedics. I am very comfortable in General, OB GYN, CV, ENT, Neuro and Plastics. I am always willing to sharpen my skills in other areas. I was named Surgical Technologists for the year 2000, for Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada.

EDUCATION: I graduated from Valley City High School in 1984. I then graduated from Moorhead Technical Institute with a degree in Residential Construction. In 1990 I graduated from East Grand Forks Technical College with a degree in Surgical Technology. In 2007 I completed the Assistant at Surgery program online through National Institute First Assistants. I have been certified as a Surgical Technologist since 1991 and certified as a Surgical First Assistant since 2007.

EMPLOYMENT: Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, NV from August of 1990 until October of 2002. I then moved to Wisconsin and have been employed through Aurora Hospital from October 2002-present
