Functional Summary

Computer Related

Plan, build, install or modify existing PCs primarily multimedia machines

Install LAN and WAN connections, and maintain network.

Install, set up, and maintain security software, to safeguard information in network against accidental or

unauthorized modification, destruction or disclosure.

Support various Software VPN clients.

Support Various Cisco DMVPN routers as well as some Switches.

Editing router configuration templates on Config engine, as well as on site router when needed due to router upgrade or ISP changes.

Administrative experience with Active directory, Cisco ACS, and ACL. Also RSA and Entrust key fobs including creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts for use with 2 factor authentication.

USPS upgrade to Broadband project. Business partner conversion from RSA to entrust token project.

Also, provided instructional support to USPIS users regarding use of Cisco VPN client and 2 factor authentication.

Responsible for recording inventory of new routers received, as well as routers returned from the field that were non useable.

* Experience calling tracking and resolving cases in Remedy, as well as taking calls from national VPN router hotline, to support problem router installations.

Administrative experience in Eaccess in account demographics as well as processing, approving, or denying request for various resource access.
