The first things I do before I inspect the gloves I check the length and used a caliper to check the thickness of the gloves.Then I write down the rack number and finally I inspect the whole gloves.If the glove was bad I would write it on a sheet.But if the gloves was good I would pass it at the end of the shift. I would then put all my gloves into the computer and take three gloves from every three racks for a soak test.
