John Van Meter, Partner in our Consulting Group, has been with Baker

Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP since 2009. With more than 25 years of

experience in government contracting and consulting, John has extensive

experience assisting clients with federal contract compliance and

regulatory compliance, including development of contract and regulatory

compliance systems of internal controls, business system implementation

and internal audit outsource services. He spends significant time

developing consulting methodologies that address current and future

government contracting trends and regulatory developments.

Worked for a global consulting firm where he served as a managing

director of its government contracts consulting practice.

Spent many years with a global accounting firm, where he managed the

firm's Government Contractor Advisory Services practice and delivered

professional services to clients around the world.

Worked in a variety of accounting, pricing, internal audit, and subcontract

management positions with major federal contractors.
