Billy Million has over 30 years of experience both personal and professional in the field of addiction and treatment. He has been in the recovery community since 1977, and personally has maintained 35 years of being clean & sober. He has a special ability to connect and help people suffering from alcohol and drug addiction. He is a active member of Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous and Cocaine Anonymous. He also is an honored Privilege Card holder at Cri-Help Inc.and Tarzana Treatment Center. His approach of working one-on-one with clients on an intense level with even the most challenging set of circumstances with respect and professionalism allows him to help clients on their road to recovery.
Currently, Billy is enrolled at Pierce College to continue his educational goals in recovery and achieve his certificate as a counselor for Drug and Alcohol addiction. (See attachments). He is a registered member of CAADE and has a registration card. He will be taking his exam for CAADE in the end of December. Of 2012. He is now working as a counselor at Tarzana Treatment Center in a purdiom employee capacity.

Upon completion of the Cri-Help program, he worked as a technician and counselor. His responsibilities included, addiction counseling, intake counseling, assisting clients with court appointments, and health care appointments, relapse prevention, daily monitoring and writing progress reports.
1980- 1984
Administrator
As administrator to a privately owned 50 bed Board & Care facility, which he turned into the first sober living facility in the San Fernando Valley providing dignified and effective treatment for addicts and a supportive environment for their families to promote awareness and understanding for long term recovery. As well as running a start-up sober living facility, he assisted with helping addicts transition into permanent housing. He facilitated various in house programs including 12 step meetings, and hired specialized
People, as technicians, counseling, healthcare professionals to assist with the individual client recovery.

As an independent counselor he worked closely with the Sepulveda VA. For over 20 years engaging in entrepreneurial pursuits in the field of behavioral health care and has a genuine concern for the wellbeing of others. He has been committed to providing the best treatment for individuals suffering from addiction, as well as assisted clients with their after care needs and placement. He gives his time and energy to promote recovery.

For years Billy has worked with many halfway houses and was working for Always Right Home Care, providing services to the elderly, the addicted and HIV patients. He transported and assisted them with their Doctor/ hospital appointments, court appointments, legal appointments, meetings and helps with their daily needs.
