Skills
I have over twenty-seven years of practical experience through which I have gained a working knowledge of product assurance methodologies. I received my Level II DAWIA certification in 1995, as a side note, I am an F.C.C. General Class Radio- Telephone Licensed operator of forty-two years.
Through continual evaluation of production activity against rigorous contract quality and technical requirements, I assign each supplier a risk rating and adjust my surveillance strategies accordingly.
Using established sampling techniques I conduct testing and inspections using contractor written procedures to determine the effectiveness of suppliers quality management systems. This includes independently visiting dozens of facilities gathering and analyzing quality data to detect weaknesses in the system.
I identify to each supplier any and all failures of meeting contract requirements and assure their swift and complete corrective and preventative action.
Volunteer- Assignments
In the years of 1993 to1995 I served a voluntary deployment for two years in the Republic of South Korea in support of our troops guarding the DMZ. I provided over site on helicopter, tank and automotive repair contracts and number of defense electronic contracts with in ROK.
From 1995 1996, I volunteered to be cross-assigned to the United Nations for seven months in the Republic of Haiti where I provided product assurance for US and UN multinational security forces (countrywide base-camp operations) in support of the Haitian Presidential free-election-process associated with Operation Uphold Democracy.
From 1996 1997 I served six months in support of US/NATO forces in the Balkans, providing product quality assurance of Ground-Aviation fuels in support of Operation Joint Guard.

This process allows the chemicals to evaporate and evenly coat glass substrates as they are horizontally rotated in a HIVAC environment.
