Managed a Walmart Supercenter focus store. Average store generates around $80 mil a year in annual sales my facility generated $117 mil a year annually. I managed 537 employees at this facility that was open 24 hours 364 days a year. Average inventory was around seven million dollars and would spike to almost 10 million during the holiday season. Analyzed competition weekly and made strategic merchandising and pricing decisions while still reaching a 116 percentage to goal on profit for the year. My last Associate opinion survey was 82 percentage with the regional average being 63 percentage . I was able to meet all state, city, county and internal inspections and audits for the year without an infraction. This is all accomplished through leadership and training of the employees.
