Partner with both internal and external business clients to ensure accurate share reconciliation and securities laws compliance for equity grants and equity grant practices;

Create communications to equity participants for grant, stock option exercise/restricted stock lapse, expiration and termination events, including 409A compliance;

Maintain equity agreements and plan documents;

Administer trading blackout periods, insider trading policy and execution of 10(b)5-1 trading plans;

Prepare equity updates for Board of Directors and Compensation Committee, which include share-holder values and peer group comparisons;
