I have worked in new construction; as well as, in a fabrication shop. During my time at these jobs I was a pipe fitter helper and welder helper. While working at the fabrication shop, I worked side by side with a pipe fitter picking up many useful skills. Although i have never worked in the electrician field i feel that i would pick it up very quickly, in an apprentice ship.

I worked with a pipe fitter extensively in heliarc and stick welding. During this time I was able to learn how to read drawings to fabricate pieces of pipe; as well as miscellaneous things i.e. witch's hats. I feel this time working helped me giving me experience in the construction area.
