* 17 Years as a bench technician performing component level repairs on all types of consumer and commercial electronics. I.e. Home Theater, Security, Pro Sound, Television, Monitors, Antennas.
* Maier Television Svc. 15 Years: I purchased a failing technology business where I developed and improved television repair troubleshooting techniques and technician training. Created an improved flow oriented process that reduced overhead and increased productivity while stabilizing, even improving employee morale. Developed and researched advertising and marketing strategies that increased product flow. Responsible for payroll, monthly overhead, contracts, state and federal taxes. Established customer relations and HR related activities. Researched technical updates and provide staff. information.
* BEST BUY: recent 5 years was utilized as a field service technician for Best Buy. Duties in general were, scheduling customers, regional navigation, troubleshoot, order and receive parts, install parts at component level if necessary, reassemble, calibrate and perform maintenance on Plasma, LCD, LED, televisions. This included all logistics with regards to customer schedules, payments, warranty billing, part return, and quality control. To provide and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
