Most senior technical manager in Versata s sizeable Automotive business unit. Leader of
multiple technical teams within the Ford account. Single point of technical ownership across
multiple existing and newly-developed systems that are critical to Ford s business. Overall
owner of FordDirect.com applications, serving 3.5 million shoppers monthly and driving over
10% of Ford Motor Company s new vehicle sales. Directly responsible for technical delivery
of over $15M in software and services revenue each year through large global network of 45+
off-shore resources and 15+ outsourcing vendors.

Helped customer executives prioritize and define applications and functionality. Defined team
development standards and processes. Delivered on-time releases to spec and budget in a
highly dynamic customer environment with shifting requirements and priorities. Mentored
high-potential team members into leadership roles. Designed patent-pending Flash testing
framework.
In 2005, was one of 8 high performers selected to lead the Trilogy University program in
Bangalore. We developed and delivered the curriculum of this intense 4 mon th training and

Technical Manager for FordDirect.com application, including 12+ large feature releases,
integrations to several 3rd party systems, and support for 100 s of affiliate websites. Oversaw
transition of applications and UI to support multiple brands and developed experience and
processes for managing IT and agency dependencies.
Software Developer, Integration Consultant (2000 - 2003)
Developed and delivered multiple projects within Trilogy s various businesses, including
Ford s eCoupon incentive management system, Automotive Owner Services, Nissan Build &
Price and Trilogy s Leadership.com. Joined FordDirect team in 2003 to help implement
inventory search functionality. Soon became lead developer on FordDirect.com (Java/JSP).
Developed expertise in UI implementation, quality processes, collaborative development, Java
deployment, and usability.
BLUESTONE SOFTWARE/HEWLETT PACKARD (MOUNT LAUREL, NJ)
Product Support, Quality Engineer (1999-2000)
Provided remote and on-site support for Sapphire Java Application Server and suite of J2EE
development tools. Supported customer e-commerce deployments through coding sample
applications, writing test cases, and authoring development guides. Debugged JSP/Servlet
container implementation with Senior Engineers.

Member of executive strategy team that set product direction for one of the market s first web-
based calendaring/PIM applications. Managed project plan for initial public release and
conducted user testing of application prototypes. Lead developer for prototype desktop
application. Purchased by Microsoft and re-launched as MSN Calendar/Alerts/Invites.
