Achievements

In 2011 I was honored with a Platinum award from my manager and a Gold award from the Learning Consultant/ID lead for the successful completion of a curriculum re-design project that I led where we converted a 4 day Instructor Led Course into a series of Virtual Instructor Led courses the first and third week from hire date and 2 days of ILT the second week in order to increase the new hire learning experience as well as retention enterprise wide.

In 2012 I received another gold award for my lead in the creation of a set of two virtual learning courses designed to upskill our entire instructor base as well as any future instructor new hire on effectively leading engaging and.interactive virtual trainings as well as how to map ILT course material to be us for a VILT session on the fly. In addition,I reused one of the instructor courses to built a third course for all other roles at the bank that are tasked to present that was geared more presenting versus facilitating to an audience.

In Q3 of 2012 I was the project lead on developing curriculum for all instructors to upskill them on the use of WebEx Training Center Cisco's virtual learning platform that is due to replace the use of LiveMeeting enterprise wide in Jan 2013. I lead the project and was the sole key curriculum developer and instructional designer. In addition, I led a team of 6 instructors, that I upskilled on the new curricula, who assisted in deploying it to the intended audience. The last set of instructors will be trained in December 2012.

AVP/Instructor II-Specialized Delivery

Specialized delivery trainer and project manager of all virtual deliveries across the Bank of America educational platform. The Specialized Delivery Team consists of 7 instructors amongst a 200 company wide instructor base who is tasked to lead projects and their respective telecom budgets, pull reporting on course seat fill and completion totals, prepare a bi-monthly report for the Senior Learning Executives, create new curriculum, train all enterprise curricula on the fly, coach other instructors and last are the only trainers training all of the leaders at the bank both existing and new.

I facilitate a set of diverse and advanced curricula to our new and existing leaders; courses on how to lead global teams, how to effectively coach associates, how to create action plans, time management, etc...

I have been tasked this year to design and deliver all of all virtual delivery curriculum.

Earned high marks for the quality of classroom teaching, lesson plans and instructional materials used in teaching diverse subjects.

Developed innovative approaches that were held as the model standard for meeting district goals in areas including technology integration across the curriculum, experiential learning, literacy and diversity.

AVP/Instructor II- Home Loan Retail Sales and New Hire

Home Loan Retail Sales and New Hire and Curriculum Developer tasked to create and deliver curriculum centered around the bank's mortgage products, loan procedures and guidelines and all the appropriate systems to upskill all new hire loan officers for their new role at the bank.

I was tasked in Q1 of 2011 to lead the re-design of a 4 day ILT program and convert it to a hybrid mix of VILT and ILT spread out amongst three weeks. I successfully completed the project and was recognized by senior management by receiving a gold and platinum reward. In addition, my success with this project awarded me a promotion to the Specialized Delivery Team in Q4 of that year.
