Build Your Best Resume
Your professional resume may need a second eye, a review that says
This will work or That needs work.
Between late October 2012 and May 2013, the department will sponsor MPA Alumna, Nancy Cohen
as she assists you with one of the most important tasks of your MPA experience: resume building.
She will be available to meet with students one-on-one or in small groups at CUPPA, by appointment,
several times a month

How It Works
Nancy will book several meetings on the same date. Individual meetings will last up to 1 hour. Group
meetings (2 to 4 students) will last 2 hours. Students should bring a well-developed resume.
Students who have never compiled a resume must commit to drafting a resume before the initial
meeting there are many samples and advisory web sites that cover the basics. Post-meeting, the
students will share their changes with Nancy for feedback.
Please contact Nancy at ***********@*****.*** when you are ready to schedule a meeting.
Remember to provide her two or three potential meeting dates and times in the afternoon or early
evening.
