I am currently managing the initial product development of a web-based video CMS for a small startup. My responsibilities include defining iterations and milestones and documenting and tracking them in our issue tracker. I am also responsible for writing QA tests, documenting results, and communicating new features/bugs to the development team.

Project Coordinator / Mobility Operations Manger

My initial role at InfoLogix was to provide support to the project manager for various hardware and software rollouts for various hospitals and enterprise organizations including many large Fortune 500 companies. My role included developing and implementing best practice tools, implementation methodologies and project governance protocols. This included being involved at the, product development and project management levels of the lifecycle of highly technical projects. These improvements positively impacted our order fulfillment, customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.

As a Mobility operations manager I was responsible for overseeing the complete life-cycle management of mobile devices. This included advanced spare pool management; inventory tracking, handling Level 1 and Level 2 help desk support tickets, mobile device troubleshooting and full mobile device management solutions using Motorola`s MSP. Working as a Mobility operations Manager I was responsible for overseeing the development of mobility solutions, hardware and its subsequent rollout. This included the development of golden images for mobile devices, QA and support integration, device procurement, staging and kitting of hardware and its subsequent rollout. I am familiar with Windows mobile technology and multiple mobile MDM`s including Zenprise, MSP, and Airwatch.
