for many automated task and tools.

on a day to day basis. Much of the support is handled in conjunction with the customer

and while on the phone. Many times this is during emergency situations for the

Managed the infrastructure for Cogent Systems, this included Windows, Linux, Solaris,

and AIX Servers and Cisco networking equipment. As Cogent Systems was a

international corporation, I was also responsible for satellite offices outside the country;

these offices where connected via VPN tunnel.
