Contribute to the establishment and roll-out of the Disney Studios centralized strategic supply chain-based planning initiative (IPPM). Partner with functional/tactical team management to capture workflow processes. Revise and refine planning models and change management methodologies to improve time to market. Coach key stakeholders on Project Management tools and best practices. Responsibilities include:

Develop the integrated cross-functional strategic plans for Disney Channel, TV Animation, TV box sets, Special Edition Animation, Catalog and Digital Product. Pioneered the forward flushing TV box set execution model to ensure multiple disc sets hit asset milestone dates over the eight month season, avoiding expedited authoring and freight costs while allowing for compressed windows from last air date to DVD street date.

Facilitate the movement of titles through the entire supply chain, including Post Production, Restoration, Mastering, Foreign Language Dubbing, Distribution, DVD/Blu-ray Bonus Production, Authoring and Encoding, and Home Entertainment Global Operations organizations.

Centralize the collection and dissemination of project status through dashboard reports. Mobilize creative and tactical teams to ensure critical assets remain on schedule, liaise with filmmakers on deliverables.

Broker title plan validation through facilitated sessions with tactical teams. Conduct stakeholder meetings to select appropriate alternative planning scenarios when required to resolve identified title conflicts.

Define, design and implement Digital product entry and tracking into the IPPM system for studio wide visibility of product and milestone execution dates.
