My love for art and design led me to pursue an associates degree at Bradford. There, I built on my design skills and learned to incorporate the computer and digital side of design. I took the following courses for my concentration: drawing, Introduction to production, History of graphic design, Multimedia and animation, Introduction to Macintosh, Design and presentation development, Advertising, Desktop publishing, Web development with HTML, Web design for graphic designers, and I particularly excelled in Design and color, Typography I & II, Comprehensive illustration, Electronic Drawing I & II, and Electronic layout and design, receiving A's in all of them. I became proficient with the Adobe creative suit for both Macintosh and PC computers. I also took communications courses, and excelled in both my public speaking and supervision classes.
