Architecture+ was a forty-five person architectural firm based in Monroe, Louisiana with retail-commercial projects located in over thirty states. We have been the prime architectural firm for the Little Rock based Dillard Department Stores for over thirty years

Manage day to day operations of corporation including personnel, project production, insurance issues, contract review, local and statewide marketing, IT systems issues and meetings with staff and department heads, etc. During first two months in office managed layoff of personnel and reduction of pay for staff.
