provision of special education services for children with disabilities. Conducts pre

hearing conferences, issues pre hearing conference orders, conducts due process

hearings, issues written rulings on motions, and issues final written decisions based

on applicable laws and regulations.

Criminal Law Litigator: Sole case responsibility as criminal defense attorney in over

3000 felony and misdemeanor cases. Conducted over 250 jury and bench trials.
