Assembled/troubleshot computers to include motherboards, processors, RAM, configured storage devices and other hardware peripherals.

17+ years using layout drawings, schematics, and pictorial diagrams to solve maintenance problems and analyzes construction and operating characteristics of equipment to determine source of malfunction.

Assembled, connected, modified, and adjusted ground radar subassemblies such as antennas, transmitters, receivers, processors, indicator groups, and ancillary systems such as beacon equipment and video mappers.

Designed a modification that replaced complex circuitry with a simple switch correcting a recurring antenna folding problem.

Repaired four Local Oscillators that were beyond repair capabilities of a local contractor; saved over $500,000 in replacement costs.

Performed technical order validation for new transmitters being developed for future radar systems; identified several safety related discrepancies and wrote a modulation/linearization alignment for a prototype transmitter.

Utilized technical expertise to deploy and train 10+ technicians at Tobyhanna Army depot on various transmitters assemblies not yet serviced by the depot team.
