HOME IMPROVEMENTS PLUS: My name is Jim and I have recently relocated to Laurel Md. from Calvert Co. Md. and I am in the process of building new clientel in and around the surrounding areas. I have been working for myself for the most part of my life and I really enjoy the projects I get involved in, especialy custom work. I have general knowledge and experience in all phases of home improvement including, but not limited to: ROOFING AND SIDING, SEAMLESS GUTTERS, NEW WINDOWS AND DOOR ( installation and repair), DRYWALL HANGING AND FINISHING, INTERIOR AND EXTRIOR PAINTING AND STAIN (all paints), FINISHED BASEMENTS, KITCHEN AND BATH REMODELING, CROWN MOULDING AND ALL TRIMWORK ( chair rail, base, shoe, window and door,interior and exterior, etc.), DECKS AND PRIVACY FENCES, PRESSURE WASHING AND WATERPROOFING OR STAIN (decks, fences, sidewalks and driveways, siding etc.), SCREEN IN PORCHES OR PATIO ENCLOSURES, SHEDS OR STORAGE BUILDINGS, ALUMINUM BREAK METAL( capping exterior windows, facia, etc.), MOST PLUMBING AND MINOR ELECTRICAL ( CEILING FANS, SWITCHES, OUTLETS, ETC.), or anything else that you can think of. I really enjoy working with customers from concept to completion of projects, combining your ideas and my knowledge and expertise. I can work by the job or by the hour, your choice.
