I always ask "why?" as well as "how?", so I have deep and extensive

knowledge of many fields. I know how it works, whatever it may be.

Designed many web pages and sites since 1995, often from scratch with a text editor (yes, I also can use many of the popular web page editors, and graphical and animation editors). Skilled at CGI and ASP work and have done extensive JavaScript (see some Web Samples).

I have 27 years of software development experience for research, industry and business in a wide variety of languages, database interfaces, environments, and operating systems.

Talented at developing specifications and producing solutions by evaluating both what management requests, and what users actually need.

Quick learner, and enjoy expanding my skill set. Intuitive, widely read and able to use experiences from one field to bolster skills in another.

server-side languages, selected third-party add-ons, designed an SQL database for 4 dimensional data,

ported the un-normalized data from flat sources,

developed a suite of form-driven ASP pages to extract,

calculate, and generate web page views of the data as graphs and pivot tables compatible with all browsers.

Jan-Mar 2003 - Alpine Engineered Products Database porting/translation jobs.

A crash project consisting mainly of analyzing, translating, renormalizing, and porting data from a legacy FoxPro database

to a SQL Server based database. My task was to create tools in MS Access to enable non-programmers

to perform this task at customer sites in the field, minimizing my own future participation.
