* Directed global implementation project that encompassed all elements of the global supply chain from order processing, through manufacturing and product distribution in the U.S.A., Mexico, Canada, and Brazil. Managed international team through the redesign of global business processes and the implementation of enabling information technologies for a leading Belgium based manufacturer of mining and aggregate processing industry consumable products.
* Managed 75 functional subject matter experts through a large, complex performance-based program for the U.S. Army to develop and deliver a global vision and strategy and reengineer its MRO business processes. The global logistics network supports the life cycle management of all its system assets which includes the material and financial management of over 1.5 million reparable and consumable parts used to support preventive maintenance and overhaul of weapon systems.
* Managed over 200 functional, technical, and U.S. Army resources and completed the initial configuration of the SAP proof of concept spanning 21 SAP web-enabled modules. The solution encompassed Advanced Planning, Demand and Supply Management, Distribution and Transportation Management, Financial and Cost Management, and Product Data Management. The final configuration positioned the entire solution for global rollout and deployment.
* Managed international team based in Europe through the development of a global manufacturing and distribution strategy, case for action, redesign of key business processes, and implementation of SAP for a leading manufacturer of medical instruments and related chemicals.
