17. Enter back charges, ACH, repairs, legal and other charges

18. Generate maintenance and rent bills and transmit them to the invoice printing service

19. Create codes for new buildings and set up control records

20. Enter new shareholders and rentals into the system

21. Journal entries for the management reports

22. Cut disbursement checks to vendors

23. Cut real estate taxes checks quarterly

24. Enter demand checks to reflect mortgage payments
