Working as part of team as a Receptionist, Housekeeper and bar steward, leasing with other staff to ensure the smooth
running of day to day operations.
In-flight Catering: Apr 06- Mar 08
Analyzing flight logs for the day, organize and delegate work schedules to prepare and make roughly 200 in-flight meals for
outgoing aircraft within an half hour window of landing. Monitoring stock levels and reordering, I also have an FM600
license which entitles me to use military transport.
Wessex Restaurant: May 01- May 04
I was a Senior Aircraftswomen preparing, making and serving meals to 500 plus servicemen three times a day. As an SAC
Chef I was expected to work on my own initiative as well as part of a team. Timing and serving deadlines were critical not
only on base but in the field working from within temporary shelters. I was also sometimes expected to prepare fine dining
cuisine for functions of the Station Commander and other special occasions. When on detachment I had to coordinate the
logistics of catering equipment and food supplies to supply 1000 meals 3 times per day.
Further Education:
At the moment I am a full time student studying 3D animation, I am due to finish in June 2011, from this study I have
become conversant with computer software including office related programs such as: Word, Excel, Power Point, along
with animation specific software such as, Maya, 3D Max, Mudbox, Photoshop, After Affects, Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro, And
Toon Boom. Due to my background I had to learn the software following a self study regime assimilating information from
books, magazines and the internet. Therefore through dedication and hard work I have turned my disadvantage around and
now become one of the more software conversant students on my course.

I enjoy going to the gym 3 times per week to keep myself fit and motivated. long walks, snowboarding, water sports and
