My experience in Building Construction & Management has spanned forty five years. Having graduated from the University of Technology, Jamaica, West Indies in July 1966 in Construction Management & Structural Engineering. The examining body was the Union of Lancashire & Cheshire Institute at Higher National Diploma. In Great Britain.

I have been employed as Construction Manager with Miami Dade Public Library System 2001 to 2009,where I was the Maintenance Manager responsible for the maintenance 45 libraries. I have overseen the establishment of 13 storefront facilities, a new concept in library function.

I have a State Certified General Contractors` License & Insured since March 1996. Details of my experience prior to my employment will be presented if/when considered for a personal interview.
