* Developed and implemented the new Inventory Control Program - parts ranking, cycle counting, daily checks, and quarterly inventories. Identified root causes, reconciled discrepancies, and recorded and reported results. Developed and implemented three months ahead of schedule and improved inventory dollar value from 95% to 98%.
* Communicated the findings of internal process reviews, annual, and semi-annual audits to the management staff and ensured that items of non-conformances discovered during an internal process review, during any of the audits, or during the course of normal daily operations were addressed and corrected in a timely manner.

Reported directly to Vice President of Manufacturing of 200-employee aluminum/copper electrical connector manufacturing plant. Developed ISO 9001 procedures and managed 4 manufacturing teams and 1 assembly team (50 employees, $2.2 million labor, capital and expense budgets resulting in $16 million in annual sales).
* Designed and implemented work methods and procedures and increased productivity from 19,000 parts produced daily and improved production within the shift to an average of 2,500 parts daily while adhering to ISO 9001.
* Guided continuous quality improvement processes increasing performance; reducing cycle times which increased capacity; from reengineered material flow process through 5 departments in union shop achieving production output one week ahead of schedule, turning it around from four months behind schedule within a seven-month period.
* Conducted needs assessment then; in four months; designed, developed and delivered a training program that lead to increased quality from 63% to 97%.
