new telecommunication equipment design and technical support. (For
example: Data Circuit-terminating Equipment and etc.). I am a
representative and engineer for the company, develop local China market.

Beijing First Company and B.J International Trading & Technology Group
Inc
Title: Chief electronic engineer and Project manager
During this period I was responsible for engineer department daily
work. The company has several newly built or under construction office
buildings and apartment buildings. I was in charge of upgrading and
quality assurance for power supply system, building lighting system and
water pumping system design. Due to my work to these constructions
projects, the company reduced huge budgets and the president is very
satisfied with my job.
I also designed a water purification system and its power supply. The
original system and equipment is from U.S. Some part is not suitable
for China use. I was responsible for localization system design. Also I
helped the company put this product into China market with enhanced
water purification system and power supply.
Within this period, I took two times business trips in US, total about
one year, (California, Wisconsin, Florida, New Jersey, and Arizona,
Nevada and etc). Due to my strong electronic engineering experience,
the company appointed me as project manager. I was responsible for
importing/exporting electronic and luxury entertainment equipment from
U.S. My main job at this time is to understand the equipment design and
check quality, provide effective reports to the president, and help
negotiating with clients.

to 1997: Base Camp Entertainment Co.
Title: Chief electronic engineer and duty manager
I worked for Base Camp Entertainment Co., which is joint venture
Entertainment Corporation between China and U.S. The company owns
several deluxe clubs (Bowling club, tennis club, Karate club and etc),
restaurants and office buildings in Beijing. I was chief electrical
engineer working for the Co.
During this period, I involved in design and installation power supply
system and lighting system in newly finished office building. Due to my
work, I helped the company saved 30% budget on this specific project.
The job I involved is:
Business requirement analysis.
Collecting all technical and environment data. Analysis technical
data and building construction. Decide the best location and spot for
the power supply system and lighting system.
Analysis and design the voltage capability.
Design high/low voltage control tank.
Design electric wiring routing.
According to the design, decide the material for installation.
Guiding system installation.
Testing.
Another project I was responsible for is an automatic power saving
control system that is designed for saving electricity by an automatic
control. I designed the control system; also lead about 20 technicians
installed this system. The success of the project helped the company
saving a lot on electricity expense.
Beside system design, I was part time in charge of leading a group of
electricians and technicians (total 25 people) to maintain and repair
following systems and jobs in each club: sauna water pumping system,
power supply, temperature auto-controlling system, electronic wiring,
electronic equipment, telephone wiring, background music system, cable
system, emergency control, fire alarm system, heating system, lighting
system, security system and bowling machine (AMF). Almost all club
electronic and entertainment equipment was imported from America or
other foreign counties. I learnt and understand all these systems
designs, installation and maintenance in their original English version
documents. Also I helped non-technical translators to translate them
into Chinese version. I was also responsible to localize some systems
or equipment design in order to make the equipment suitable for China.

to 1997.3: Palace Hotel
Title: Electrician
to electrician supervisor and building engineer
I worked at the Palace Hotel, a five-star deluxe hotel owned by
Peninsula group (A big international hotel group) I was an electrician
during the first two years, then promoted to be an electrician group
supervisor and building engineer.
At beginning three years, I was an electrician and working in a shift
group with about 20 other electricians. The maintenance jobs run three
shifts everyday. I worked with other electricians and technicians,
responsible for daily maintenance work. These systems and jobs are:
water supplying system (flush water pumping, life water system, soft
water system, drinking water system, fire water system), power supply
system (high voltage, low voltage), center air-condition system, deluxe
sound system, dimmer control system, guest room equipment (bulb, tub,
TV set, cable adjustment and etc), desk control system and fire alarm
system. Most equipment within whole building was imported from U.S. or
other foreign countries. I learnt English version maintenance guide,
and very familiar with regular maintenance work on these imported
equipment. And soon I became the best technician in my group.
I was promoted to be electrician supervisor with a group having 3-4
technicians and building engineer for another 7 years in the hotel
because of my outstanding work. And I get department awards several
times. During this 7-years, I was involved in several projects that
upgrade building systems. I was responsible for testing, designing and
installation. These systems are low voltage control system for soft
water filtration pumping system, electronic power supply system, and
air-conditioning system. The detail jobs I did for these projects are:
Test and be familiar with the electronic circuit, electrode, control
panel, filter tank and etc.
Analysis on old and new systems design.
Design auto control circuit.
Design low voltage circuit for water pumping system.
Upgrade integrated circuit design within the old system.
Design and restructure electric wiring route.
Guide technicians installation for these projects.
After August 1995, I focus my work on several special systems and
projects in the hotel. Like BA system (Building Auto-control system),
lighting system design and installation, sound system design and
control for international conference meeting and delicious parties.
By over 16 years working for hotels and factory, I am very familiar
with designing work for following systems: power supply, air
conditioning, lighting system and etc. Also I am familiar with many
electronic and mechanic tools. These tools are: infrared ray detector,
fluid drive tools, electrical measuring instrument, electrical transmit
thermometer, electric contact thermometer, electromagnetic meter,
electronic chancel frequency meter, resistance thermometer, electric
instrument, electric welding machine, fusion welding, hand drill,
spirit level, glass cutter, anvil, awl, soldering iron, clamp, handsaw,
monkey wrench, universal pliers, grease gun, screwdriver, stepladder,
float, brush, roller, electronic meter and etc.

1988 .5
to 1988.8: Olympic hotel
Title: Electrician supervisor and engineer
I worked for the Olympic hotel, a three-star hotel located in Beijing
with 500 guests rooms, and a joint venture corporation between China
and US. I was a supervisor and engineer there with a group having four
electricians on duty. I was responsible for maintaining and repairing
following system and jobs in the hotel building: water pumping system,
power control panel, central air conditioning, electronic wiring,
electronic equipment, telephone wiring, sound system in guestroom,
cable TV setting, emergency control, fire alarm system, heating system,
lighting system, and security system. I learnt and understand all these
systems designs, installation and maintenance.
From
1981
to 1988: Beijing DongFu Beverage Factory.
Title: Electrician
to electrical engineer
First two years, I was responsible for maintaining and production
technical support for factory power supply system, power control panel,
switchboard, and elevator control system. In order to maintain and
repair these systems, I learnt and was knowledgeable with these
systems design and structure.
After 2 years hard work, I was trained and promoted to work as
electrical engineer for 6 years in the factory. I was involved in the
projects to localize the imported production lines, and make them
suitable for China. These projects included:

Analysis and knowledgeable original engineering design.
Update integrated circuit design.
Restructuring electric wiring route design.
Update and localize mechanical design.
Testing low/high voltage capability.
Guiding technician installation.
These systems are elevator control system, Italy made oil machine,
Japanese made automatic soft drink water line, bottle washing machine,
soft drink full filling production line, intermixing machine, automatic
boxing up production line, and factory power supply system.

Other Skill:
I have a qualification certificate for sound system engineer. I am
qualified according to State Vocational Skill Standard and Labor Law of
the Peoples Republic of China. When I was working in the Palace hotel,
I worked as sound and light system controller for international
conference meeting and parties over four years.
