Provided onsite training. I have had the pleasure of being a preceptor for numerous pharmacy interns from Midwestern and the University of Arizona, and pharmacy technicians from the Bryman school.

Increased sales by over 10 percentage over a three-year period. At the CVS location in N Scottsdale where I worked, sales increased by over 10 percentage per year, even though the location had 4 pharmacy managers during that period of time, and was an established store that had been there for several years.

Monitored multiple databases to keep track of all company inventory. Am very knowledgeable in keeping track of inventory, including ordering and returns from CVS and McKesson, adjusting on hand inventory, and pulling expired medications and recalls.

Very knowledgeable of Insurance plans. Have made it a point to be knowledgeable about insurance plans and how to deal with the pitfalls that can accompany them, including obtaining PAs, recommending other medications that are similar that don't require a PA, or knowing override codes that need to be put in the PA field without getting a PA,

Gave over 1000 immunizations since 2010. I have personally given over 1000 flu shots since becoming immunization certified in 2010. Many of the patients I gave immunizations to were physicians, who then referred their patients to our pharmacy.

Increased sales. Several stores that I have worked at had large increases in sales while I worked there. There was a large diversity in type of store, including volume of the stores, and ethnicity, one store had over 80 percentage Spanish speaking only patients, so I learned how to effectively counsel in Spanish and type directions in Spanish.
