Petroleum Safety and Drafting, Inc. 1992-Present

Provide Contract Oil and Gas Project Management, Engineering, Design, Fabrication, Installation, Compliance, Training and Consultation projects services to the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery and Bulk Terminal industries.

Experience encompasses both land and sea based drilling operations in every major international exploration area, including North America, Central and South America, Africa, Asia, and all major production areas in the Middle East.

Select recent engagements include:

ATEC-Manager for the inspection of all of BP North American Gas Drilling Rigs, identified and documented a comprehensive listing of all problems necessary for BP to address.

PSDI, MOPU going to Malaysia- Lead I&E for topside production equipment on the MOPU Rubicon. Promoted to Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning Manager, managed a team of 30, and completed all Pre Commissioning/Commissioning on the entire MOPU, within three months in Singapore.

Petroleum Safety and Drafting, Inc.-Select recent engagements continued:

Atlas Energy-Lead I&E to refurbished two liquid extraction (refrigeration) plants, as well as designed and built two plants. Installed one refurbished plant and one new plant in the Greater Pittsburg, installed one refurbished and one new plant in North Eastern Tennessee. Functioned as Lead I&E while the plants were being constructed and Project Manager during start up of all four plants.

DPS Delta-Project Manager and Lead I&E, including all customer interfaces, completed three large heaters that were shipped to Iraq. This project was based on IEC.

DPS Bristol-Project Manager and Lead I&E. Completed overall design and build of a complete process facility that was delivered to Angola.

Westway Terminal Company-Designed, fabricated and installed a complete automation solution for tank truck loading and Inventory Management at -Showcase- Terminal location in Jacksonville. System included ABB DCS Systems, Cuttler-Hammer Operator Interfaces and a complete TCP/IP Network system utilizing 10B-T, 10B-2 and Fiber Optics.

Shell Ogbotobo (SPDC-Shell Nigeria)-Assistant Project Manager, performed all instrumentation engineering, fabrication of all automated control systems and provided total I&E Supervision for a 35,000bpd flowstation. Additionally, performed the function of Facilitator for the design review and Hazardous Operation Study.

Apache/Oceaneering -Project Manager Consultant for all interfacing with the vendor Engineering Firms that designed a High Volume Gas Compressor Station.

Amoco Discovery-E&I Consultant, supervised all Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering, maintained and facilitated communications with DNV throughout the engineering phase. Project was a testing and production facility installed on the world`s largest Drill Ship. Additionally, performed Project Management duties for the fabrication of the Control and Laboratory Buildings This project was based on IEC, IEEE and DNV standards.

Amoco Discovery-Contracted to fabricate DNV Certified project components for the Amoco/Transocean Drill Ship Discovery, including Platform Safeguarding (ESD) PLC based Systems, Platform Fire (UV/IR) and Gas (Open Path) Detection Systems, all non-MCC power distribution systems, and UPS Systems.
