Manage a staff of 7 direct individuals of approximately 3,000 active accounts. Guide Senior Management in the set up and implementation of proper underwriting procedures securing internal financing of fabric building structures and green houses ranging from $10K to $2M for direct and in direct accounts to promote sales.
