Point person for successful federal/state litigation and settlement with Town of Rockland of rent control ordinance enacted in 2006 unfavorable to HTA business interests. Project Manager for development and construction of 20 unit land /lease sub-division in Rockland from permitting to completion.

Responsible for management of 285 unit, 13 floor condominium with 32 boat slip marina and restaurant. Supervision of 32 member staff including security, housekeeping and engineering. Rectified numerous operational and administrative problems caused by years of prior mismanagement. Additional duties as Project Manager for $4M building renovation project including concrete, balcony and interior renovation and restoration.
