Working as Project Manager and supporting the office team. Responsible for the day-to-day tasks and analysis of the given requirements by client. Duties: Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office. Creating user story and developmental tasks. Supervising the work of office juniors and assigning work for them. Handling daily customer showcase, Speaking with team as well as clients on development, correspondence and filing. Organizing business travel, itineraries, and accommodation for team members. Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary. Updating & maintaining painding task with developed one, absence and training records of staff. Responsible for Business Analysis of clients given needs of development. Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office. Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences. Involvement in social media implementation. Updating, processing and filing of all documents.
