Statement of purpose

I am seeking a position as the director or VP of a company seeking to grow technologies. I can significantly increase net revenues by implementation of existing security techniques acquired through previous experience and up to date technology. I am a visionary leader and provide stimulating ideas in a team dynamic.

Selected Accomplishments

USAF Lead Systems Engineer directed all team deployments under TRW/EDS contract to roll out barrier reef security infrastructure for all US Air Force Bases. Directly responsible for review of 17 bases, deployment and installation of all hardware and software. Total cost for the bases under this implementation was $51,000,000 million dollars of infrastructure.

I saved $1,000,000 million dollars; for (8) Army hospitals located in US bases in Germany, by salvaging 25 CCMAIL servers.

I supported the NASA- JSC Solar Systems Exploration Division for five years as their IT Systems Technical Advisor and scientific laboratory coordinator. All laboratories and scientists received technical, scientific, and IT support with research details and assistance for all software, networking and engineering hardware requirements.

I produced cost savings for NASA-JSC due to combined skills as a research geoscientist, an IT Network Security Engineer, and a Systems Engineering Specialist; salary saving for three professional applications supplied over 5 years $700,000,000 dollar in labor costs.

Selected Achievements and Business Drivers

Problem Crew on board ISS unable to communicate with family at will.

Action Proto-type Cisco and IP Phone on board developed to allow crew to communicate

with earth landlines and cell phones.

Result Responsible for placing Cisco IP Phone on the International Space Station and providing a

psychological benefit to the crewmembers in space and provided a huge cost saving to the

program. Commander Peggy Whiston provided awards for the project lead and the team.

Problem Electrical fire in Communications Squadron Room Whiteman Air force Base after

completion of security racks and software. Airman shorted out wall outlet with floor buffer.

Action Team called to bring all systems to operational order and all UPS were fried, and it was a

holiday. The team managed located a company open on a Sunday and utilized a transport to

repair the downed communications.

Result The team along with USAF personnel brought the communications squadron

to operational order in 19 hours.

Problem Russian Computer Failure STS-121 6/16/2007 Caused wide spread failures to ISS

Action Tiger teams were deployed to discover what the root cause failure for the computer to the

ISS. The main fault tree team developed all possible failures and ran everything until

problem was discovered.

Result The teams assembled with the final resolution and the approved fix for the problem by the

end of the weekend. Over 300 people worked to solve the problem, which was a power cell.
