Project manage new/retro-fit security system installations of access control and CCTV for hospitals, airports, commercial and industrial buildings in the G.T.A.Coordinate and manage sub-trades such as; Electricians, Locksmiths and Fire Alarm Technicians.Complete site walks and generate sales quotes for existing clients.Review blue prints, write scopes of work and manage resources for company projects.Complete all encompassing requirements for magnetic lock building permits with the assistance of Electrical Engineers and Code Consultants. Coordinate testing aspects such as fire alarm verification / pre-magnetic lock test and post-magnetic lock test with Building Inspector and other team members.Provide the Security Operations Manager with current and accurate progress reports for projects and field services.Security Hardware Certification training in LENEL & RBH. Security project experience with BOSCH, CASI-RUSCO and DSC access control systems.Submission of project close out documentation for each project.Utilize Micro-Soft projects to organize and sustain project progress for completion.
