Executive Summary

* I have worked 10 years as a Defense Contractor at US Joint Forces Command (JFCOM).

* 2007-2011, I was employed by Capstone Corporation and is assigned to JFCOM`s J 35, Special Operations Force (SOF) Plans and Analysis, and provides a focal point for coordination and support of USSOCOM Global War on Terrorism (GWOT). As the principle Special Operations Forces advisor during an establishing a Joint Task Force (JTF) situation, In the position of Special Operations Forces (SOF) Operations Officer, I integrated the SOF and conventional forces assigned to the JTF operations and identified SOF support requirements, recommendations of force structure, and targets for the combined missions.

* 2002-2007, I worked at SYColeman Advanced Concepts as a Senior Military Planner and Analyst. In less than one year achieved the necessary tactics, techniques and procedures necessary to be an effective team member of the Standing Joint Force Headquarters-Prototype (SJFHQ-P)) and is now capable of passing this knowledge of past experiences on to others. Reviewed various publications providing changes to update and revise submission keeping with the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism in a timely manner. During Enduring Freedom, I was assigned to CENTCOM to help to train and establish a SJFHQ for the Phase Four of the Iraqi War. I volunteered continued the SJFHQ training by going forward as a part of Task Force Four to Doha, Kuwait in order finish the training. After returning to the United States I worked with SOUTHCOM training designated personnel to establish a SJFHQ for them. Additionally. I worked with NORTHCOM, PACOM, and EURCOM helped to establish A SJFHQ Staff .

* 2001-2002, I was employed by Cubic Defense Group, Inc. I worked at the Joint War-fighting Center at JFCOM J7 as an Analyst/Facilitator for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Joint Training System, and Joint Training Information and Management System.

* 1993-2001, as a middle and high school teacher worked in the Virginia Beach Public School System in middle school and high school. I was certified for general education of the 4th -8th grades. Additionally, I was certified for Special Education Teacher to teach students who were Learning Disabled (LD), Seriously Emotionally Disturb (SED), Educable Mentally Retarded (EMR) and Serious Head Trauma (SHT).I started teaching at the middle school level but after two years I got a position at First Colonial High School teaching special education 9th to 12th grades seriously emotional disabled. I also taught Algebra and geometry.

* Retired from the Navy in 1991, after a total of 31 years of active duty in the Naval Special Warfare Community as a Commander. I have extensive combat experience and also have extensive training and experience in Sensor Application, Unconventional Warfare, Counter-Terrorist missions and many other core mission areas.

* 1986-1991, Assigned to the Naval Special Development Group as an SEAL Operator and Director of Combat System, N9, responsible for research, equipment testing and evaluation, safety, and training development.

* 1983-1986, Executive Officer Navy Special Warfare Unit 4, US Naval Base, Roosevelt Roads, PR. Unit 4 was a forward deployed operational base for Special Operations Command Southern Command. I was iIn charge of 75 to 350 men at any one given time and work with and supported the interagency law enforcement authorities on special operations in Puerto Rico.
