My name is Benjamin John and I am a finsh carpenter by trade and I also have been a home builder for the past 15 years. I have 20 years experience in the construction industry. I am a great sales man and excellent Project manager. I run a tight crew and have the knowledge of every phase of residental home construction. I am fully insured and am trying to get licensed in NJ now .My partner has his own drywall company and is an excellent machanic and business man himself. We are excellent with working with insurance companies to point out things that they have missed so it can put more money in your pocket. I am fimiliar with the xcam program that the adjuster use and have more field experience then most of them out there. If I am made a good enough offer I would consider coming to work for someone.
