JOB TARGET:AUTOMATED EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN/PLC PROGRAMMER
CAPABILITIES:
Familiar with most major brands of PLCs including Allen Bradley, GE
Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Koyo / PLC direct, and the now obselete TI family.
Familiar with both hardware and software programming tools, math, data
and other functions as well as bus systems and I/O devices.
AAS degree in Industrial electronics as well
as a working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
Working knowledge of various forms of temperature, pressure, flow, and
level control including PID, cascade, and ratio control systems.
Knowledge of instrument calibration procedures.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Participated in the design and prototyping of various types of
automated and semi automated assembly and testing equipment
Participated in the set up and support of the Elmwood Sensors St.
Lucia manufacturing facility
Participated in the debugging and ongoing support of the automated TCO
assembly system.
