Knowledge and experience in assembling wind turbines including top-out, base-mid, and off-load

Knowledge and experience of safety procedures in dealing with wind turbines

Experience with cranes and flagging parts for turbine construction

Ability to use E-rad or high torque pumps efficiently

Ability to read and understand schematics

Experience in climbing up to 300 feet and working at heights

Experience in working on electrical wiring systems up to 35000 kv

Experience in working with mechanical systems, such as hydraulics, motors, generators, gear boxes, etc.

Ability to effectively perform gen-alignments, OSHA retros, and end-of-warranty punch lists

Ability to effectively troubleshoot all mechanical and electrical systems in wind turbines

Experience in operations and maintenance on wind turbines
