Intranet based Work Resource Management System. The System aims to
track the
base services offered by CSAS (Customer Services Automated Systems)
Department to its clients, which are typically other departments in
the company. A personnel master is also maintained to capture employee

etc. System accepts work request from the clients and the request

The Objective of Dunslink server is to provide the user to access the
proprietary database resides in mainframe called worldbase(42 million
records).The following are the different layers are invalid in the
development process. 1. Dunslink Server Main Thread: The main process
initializes the necessary structures and shared memory areas, detects
concurrent processes and starts the different threads according to
requests from the users. 2. Dunslink Server LAN Communication Manager
(LCM): The LCM is running as an own thread and is started by the main
thread. The LCM uses the proprietary layer called Media Access
Layer(MAL) API to listen for calls coming in from another proprietary
layer called Direct Connect(DC) gateway. when a call is recognized the
structure data is received and passed on to the Inbound Data Manager.
3. Inbound Data Manager (IDM): Which does input verification, Function
Selection and IDM Format Converter Functions. 4. Dunslink Server
Communication Manager(CM): The CM is called whenever a formerly
constructed Dunslink Worldbase packet has to be sent. The CM uses the
proprietary layer called CII API to transfer the packet via the used
communication lines.
