Pep Direct - Hired to convert old check processing system to high-speed imaging system and decreased manual, out-of-envelope sorts from 22 to 7, also converted "heads down" keying to keying from images. The overall department productivity improvement was approximately 30%. I was also the senior manager on the company's Safety Committee and instituted an exercise program for manufacturing and donation processing departments.
