Black Bear, Inc./Deloury Industries - Operations coordinator: In charge of all aggregate and heavy equipment operations for the oil fields in North Dakota with four superintendents below me.

2000 to 2008

End of the Trail Log Homes/Brent H. Tuggle, Inc. Mississippi: CEO - responsibilities included Sales, Budgeting, Customer Service, over see all employees, staff and project progress. I have built projects from simple homes to lodges throughout the United States. I am very creative and have a great imagination to helping the customer see what the result can be in all custom fields such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors to the complete wiring for cable, phone, stereo etc...

1995 to 2000

South Coast Painting and Construction - Mississippi: responsibilities included Sales, Budgeting, Customer Service, over seen all employees, staff and project progress. Projects included: Shoneys Inns throughout the Southeast of the United States, Kmart, Jitney Jungle Grocery and Save-A-Centers throughout the Southeast of the United States.

Shakespeare Composites - Carolina. After coming together with the engineers of the failed manufacture baked on coatings for their fiber glass power poles and helping decide a solution I then traveled throughout 48 states and fixed the problem by taking off the finish and reapplying the proper finish. I currently still have a 40` man lift that I used to lift me during this time.

Prior to 1995

I worked several different construction/heavy equipment operator projects in the Southern California area.

Notes:

I have always been a self motivator and take great pride in all of my responsibilities. I have recently relocated my family permanently to the Northern California area. I would like to join a company to which I can share my reliable experiences and not have the stress that I have had being self employed all these years or have to be away for months at a time as I do now in the North Dakotas.

I am willing to take any course of training needed. I am willing to travel, work independently or within a crew to even over seeing a crew. I have no problem with heights, tower climbing or repelling. I am very fit and energetic. When I am given a job I give it my all to complete it in the most safe, cost-effective, timely manner possible.

I am currently MSHA, OSHA, CPR certified as well as hold a class A with double and tanker endorsements. In addition to my management skills I can operate any loader, backhoe, excavator, skid ster, rough grade with dozer etc. I also own two big rigs and two belly dump trailers if needed.
