Duties: Project Architect, Project Manager and Construction Administration
Fun project with lots of excitement in restoration of a school for Archdiocese of New Orleans. Historic listed yet needing major modernization upgrades such as, low-e windows, roof top chiller system, lighting, technology system, elevator and chair lift.
Work was carefully phased with lots of safety and caution for work being done at times in spaces occupied by faculty and students. Contractor defaulted and project was completed by another contractor.
Project: Bopp's Decatur Street Apartments Fire Damage, New Orleans, La.
Project Size/Value: Approx. 15,000 sq. ft. and 1.6 million
Duties: Project Management and Construction Administration
Unique project with 7 apartment units in the heart of French Quarter. Small project with Several obstacles to overcome, water, fire, termite and age was a few. Closely working
with the contractor to uncover and remedy some of these on jobsite meetings was a must in several cases.

Fun and straight forward project that involved new clay tile roof, enclosing porches for
interior space, interior chapel, redesign, and fresh paint throughout.

Abandoned 'Power House" was originally built as split levels for generators to power
University of Southern Mississippi campus. Our client wanted to convert it to a non alcohol sports bar with dining and kitchen area. Interior slab was removed and lowered
2 feet to add second floor dining, the first floor was a bar, kitchen, monumental stairs and pizza baking pit. Water proofing and French drains was challenging addition required
when lowering slab near water table.
