Chief Criminal Investigator / Senior Leader
Promoted to direct team of 224 security force members, 151 civil police officers, and 146 auxiliary security force members, representing the largest overseas operation with 500+ miles of responsibility. Oversee law enforcement, security, and force protection activities affecting group of 27,000 military and civilian personnel, planning and administering a $3.5 million annual budget. Respond to emergency situations and conduct comprehensive investigations. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to meet goals, with a focus on continual improvement. Serve as the Anti-Terrorism Expert and Advisor.
Completed over 150 criminal investigations in joint efforts with NCIS and local Japanese law enforcement agencies, maintaining a 98% conviction rate throughout tenure.
