Successfully obtained permanent easement for client.Banking, Finance and Creditors' RightsRepresented secured lender in multimillion-dollar dispute related to floor plan financing arrangement at auto dealership and transfer of assets to third parties. Conducted two-day bench trial and obtained successful recovery on all claims.Assisted in representing local bank in dispute related to commercial loan agreements and breach of guaranty.
